Hi, people Thursday 23 of September the value was, to be honest, and truthful. 

do not lie you've done something bad if you lie or make stuff even worse. if you tell the truth things will go easy for you.

In August we were checking how many steps web time we have done now this is now another check-in for my Stepsweb time.

I have it reached 100 minutes and I'm up to level D5A.

Now in September, I have done...

979 minutes and their mine came from 194 gold medals
